Caitlin Hall-Sharp

Caitlin Hall-Sharp

Secretary

After growing up in the Columbia Valley, Caitlin pursued education and career interests in business and human resources. Her education includes a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management, as well as certifications as a Registered Professional Recruiter and Certified Change Management Practitioner. With a lens as a board member as well as from the perspective of an executive director, Caitlin is familiar with non-profit operations.

Through volunteer and employment work, she has seen the Columbia Valley housing crisis impact on individuals’ lives and felt compelled to support her community with this challenge. As part of her role in Human Resources, she interacts with many candidates and employees that struggle with the current housing market. The focus of housing projects that focus on the needs of our local workforce was very appealing.
